Jeff Jordan Carpet Installation

Jeff was quick, efficient and precise. He had to cut out for steps and an indent for a built in shelf. The floor looks great. He did a wonderful job.

Jeff Jordan is the only installer I will use from now on. I was amazed that he was able to lay the over 900 yards of carpet without nicking up the baseboards or moldings - and I've NEVER had that level of service before. His measurements were spot on - we had only a few scraps left over. Though he often arrived a bit later than he said he would, he always called to let me know of the delay and when he would be arriving so I was never left wondering. Jeff is very polite and respectful. I would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to any of my friends or family!

He did an excellent job. He did above and beyond what was asked from him. He put in screws on the floors to try to make it less squeaky, and he didn't charge me for that. He moved things for me; he was just excellent. The only thing I could say as a con was that he wasn't always prompt when he said he would be here. But other than that he did excellent work and his promptness issue was okay compared to the work he did because I really liked his work.

His work is clean and if there are any problems, he will work until they are fixed. He's honest, friendly, and his prices are good. We've had him install carpet many times throughout the years and he's always done an excellent job. He sometimes can not fulfill time estimates for start dates due to delay caused by other jobs but he's good about communicating his schedule.

THE AMOUNT PAID VARIES WIDELY ACCORDING TO THE WORK WE HAVE DONE AND HOW LONG AGO. $250 IS THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE LAST JOB JEFF DID FOR US. HIS PRICE IS ALWAYS HIGHLY COMPETITIVE. WE NEVER HESITATE TO COMPLETE ALL OF THE PAINTING BEFORE WE CALL JEFF TO INSTALL CARPET. UNLIKE MOST OTHER INSTALLERS, HE NEVER EVER SCUFFS UP THE WALLS OR BASEBOARDS. HIS SEAMS ARE SO NEARLY PERFECT THAT RECENTLY, WHEN I NEEDED TO FIND ONE I WAS UNABLE TO FIND IT! HE NEVER DELEGATES WORK. HE DOES USE HELPERS BUT HE IS ALWAYS ON THE JOB HIMSELF. JEFF MEASURES AND ADVISES US AS TO THE YARDAGE WE NEED AND HIS CALCULATIONS LEAVE VERY LITTLE WASTE. HE ALSO FREQUENTLY STEERS US TO GOOD BUYS IN CARPETING.
