They came to the house, looked in to the security needs, bought the products and replaced the same. They were good, the price was competitive and the quality was good.

He did a good job with all of the work, however I felt that he was expensive for the work that he did. I was in a hurry and I needed to get the work done quickly so I did not shop around for prices. He did a good job and he was professional. He was out to my home for about an hour.

Overall I was happy with the work and he did a good job. The first time he came out, I told him I might want to change the door completely, but he recommended a double-sided dead bolt so I didn't need to change the door. He came out the next day to do the work and only charged me for one service call. He was running late, but he let me know which I appreciated. He was also friendly and professional and did good work. I don't recall the cost. I would recommend them to others.

The name of the technician was Hryum Oaks. The nice thing was after the call they had someone call back. They gave us an approximate time when someone could come out. It was not an emergency but it was a big inconvenience because it was the door I use all the time. So they came out the same day the approximate time. I have no complaints they called, they did tell me the price so the price was fair. Unfortunately we all have to pay nowadays. Everything was fair I have no complaints, but I was especially happy because I live in Akron that I could get someone right away within that day or at least a nice call back. I appreciated their services and would certainly recommend them. Thank you so much.
