They're wonderful and convenient to us. They're flexible, we can get in there at the last minute, we can show up there in the Saturday morning which works for us and they work us in. When I had that oil and tire change, I happened to get out of work early and I just went by and they said, "yes, we can take care of you in 5 minutes." So they started and I went across the street to have a cup of coffee and when I came back they were almost done. It was very convenient and they're very reliable. They remember who we are.

They replaced a radiator and transmission cooler. Overall, the visit was well. They are very thorough. They tell what needs to be done and also say what doesn’t need to be done.

They told me that it wouldn't be that long, but I ended up being there for about three hours. They said they had to let something dry before they could seal it and I could leave. They completed the job successfully, I just wish it hadn't taken that long.

We have used Irace Automotive formally Ray Karg's & Sons for years. Jim has always treated us fairly. He is very responsive to our needs. The work is done quickly. HE IS THE BEST. You can't go wrong using this Service Station.
