I DESCRIBED THE PROBLEM I WAS HAVING OVER THE PHONE TO THE TECHNICIAN & HE ARRIVED WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. HE BROUGHT THE PARTS NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE JOB SO HE DID NOT HAVE TO COME BACK. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL & I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
