I can't express the magnitude of the incompetence I experienced. It took 1 year for them to finish my doors, and technically they aren't done yet. One of the door hinges started coming undone about 1 month after install, and I am still waiting for it to be fixed. It's a really long story but I first ordered the doors late July of 2013. They tried to charge me double the cost after my initial down payment, and it took about 45 minutes to get the prices right. Then the doors came, and they weren't the right size. I had to wait 6-8 weeks for the replacements. They came, and 2 out of 3 were right, but my storm doors weren't right. Another 6-8 weeks goes by. The storm doors go in, but they still have my French doors wrong. Wrong size again. Another 6-8 weeks go by and the doors are right size, but wrong style. This goes on a couple of more times and leads me to August 2014. I year to install 3 doors. There were other issues with customer service and delivery also. I could have written a 4 page review going into detail, but I tried to condense this because even just writing this has me so upset again. I should have asked for my money back at least 5 times through this and went with another company, but I was assured I would be compensated for the extended delays. Not to mention my heating costs that would have been significantly lower with efficient doors, especially when you consider the winter we had. I haven't received any compensation, however, and I will NEVER shop at Home Depot again. I purchased my home in November 2012 and until this fiasco, I had spent around $12-15,000 at Home Depot. They lost a valuable customer and all I can say is STAY AWAY from Home Depot. I couldn't possibly imagine anyone else doing a worse job.
