They were good. It was great. He showed up on time and he did what he said he was going to do. The price was good. He was very friendly and very informative. He didn’t mess up the house at all. He put everything back the way it was originally so that was good.

The owner and his student employee were very friendly and professional.  The whole process took about 3 hours and the owner was happy to show me what he was doing along the way.  They came in with their filtered vacuums and cleaned each register and then vacuumed everything out of the ducts from the basement. 

I am so glad I decided to have HepaClean Home Wellness clean my air ducts and furnace over any other company!  While it cost me a litlle more than other air duck cleaning companies, the value I received in the type of cleaning I received is invaluable!  I would highly recommend that everyone should have their air ducts cleaned for the biggest reason to clean the air within their homes for their health!  We would have less illness if we did on a regular basis.

HepaClean was very responsive to my request for an appointment, returning my phone call promptly.  Scheduling was easy and flexible.  The technician called to confirm the appointment and then showed up promptly on time - he even asked which side of the driveway I wanted him to park on!  The work was done extremely professionally and the technician took the utmost care to protect the floors, laying down dropcloths, asking if he should take off his shoes, asking before moving furniture, etc.  The work itself was extremely thorough and well-done, and the tech was very polite and personable.  He found several areas where ductwork had become disconnected, compromising the quality of the air being pumped through the home.  These were pointed out to me and repaired.  When I asked questions about what was being done and about the cleaning process, he took the time to answer them and taught me a lot about the links between air quality and overall health.  This company's tagline is "today's technology with yesterday's integrity" -  and they live up to it.  They take great pride in doing excellent work.  I'd use them again in a heartbeat.
