He went through the house with us taking notes about what we needed done. We asked him for suggestions which he gave that might save us some money. He gave us incorrect information regarding a venting in our bathroom. He said it was against the law not to have a vent in a bathroom. Later, a certified home inspector told us that was incorrect and that as long as a bathroom has a window (which ours all do), no vent is required. When the estimate came back for the work, it was considerably higher than we had anticipated and we had others do the work.

He did what he said he would and when he said he would do it. He called back after the completion of the project to make sure that everything was going as planned and we were pretty stunned. I spent only about $100 on that work. The work I had him do was not all that complex, but for sure I would use him again if had another project that came up.
