Appliance Repair
Customer beware! We called for a repair on our refrigerator. Hairston sent a technician who had no knowledge of appliances. While kind, the technician simply took photos and videos of the refrigerator to take back to his boss, who he promised would call us with a quote. We paid $42 for the technician visit and despite calling the office over and over for several weeks, we have still not received a quote and have been told that the boss is not in every time we call. We have received no return calls. NONE. Zero. When we demanded a refund for the technician visit, we were denied. We are taking this up with the Better Business Burea. Don't waste your time or money!
