Glenny Roofing and Construction is my first call when I need work done.  When I needed work done in the past he was the only one who returned my calls.  He continues to be prompt, easy to talk with, and knowledgeable.  He explains processes and addresses concerns and expectations.  He remains in contact during the project and follows up when it is completed.  When we had storm damage to the roof, Troy worked directly with our insurance company making the process less stressful.  Additionally he noticed damage to the siding and promptly informed us.  While preparing to begin work Troy was flexible enough to take on insulating the house, something we have wanted to do and were hoping to take advantage of with the siding being off.  Troy  rose to the situation and arranged the work so that the insulation and siding projects were completed within a few days.  All of the crews hired by Troy have been professional, timely, safe, and cleaned up when done.  I have had many questions for Troy, some even unrelated to the project at hand, and he is always able to answer.  Most importantly, he will tell you if he doesn't know, will find the answer, and, of course, call you back.  I have had a number of other projects done by Glenny Roofing and Construction and look forward to working with them again and again.
