They did a good job for us.  I would highly recommend their services to others.  They were prompt, very professional and did very good job.

This was the most expensive estimate I received on this job. The fact they addressed the issue of the front stoop when no one else did impressed me though. I had requested a specific end date of June 20 which they would have met if they had not had to come back three times to finish the job. The delay did not, however, impact on our ability to use the walk. After initial completion I had to have it inspected because flagstones were unstable, step wall was shaky and I felt some of the stones used were not a match. They had moved the walkway a few inches and in doing so made a deep trench on one side that made that side unstable and the flagstones shifted and were a hazard. I also felt the sand would quickly run off and leave deeper gaps.  They came out and replaced pieces I did not like and added more sand.  The step issue was finally addressed on the third visit and it seemed the job was complete. While there was a bit of concrete still attached to the front stoop which they said should be removed - their comments,not mine, that was not done. Not a big deal. 
While my calls and emails were addressed promptly and the job looks OK I am not happy that this could not have been completed in one, or at least two sessions.  I am not completely confident that the edging will hold up.There was no edging done to maintain or stabilize it outside of more sand.  And I expressed that I was not happy with the gaps being as large as they were. I had said I would rather have a smaller width to the walkway with the stones closer.  I would like to have seen the level of the sand higher, and some of the gaps in a decorative stoneware section need some more.  I think that if I had not been diligent in inspecting this I would be less thrilled going forward than I am now.
I do believe the workers knew what they were doing, They measured, used a level and worked hard.  But while it is much better than it was I am not convinced that this will not need attention in the future.  During the course of the job Mr. Gates did agree that more attention to these issues was needed and that I was not unjustified.  I just don't have a warm and fuzzy feeling about it. 

They did a major project 3 years ago. The results were excellent! They were very professional and reasonably priced. They were dependable. They are experienced. I have had other landscape services before this project, and they are well run and professional.

It was excellent and I would highly recommend them. They did quality work. The personnel are extremely reliable, talented, and of high quality themselves. The work they did was very very good.
