Description of Work: I will definitely use them again. Mr. Freedman is a nice man, he got here on time, he was friendly, he tuned and fixed our piano, and charged a reasonable price. It was a pleasure having him here.

 + -1 moreI called Mr Freedman to tune a very flat Baldwin spinet. They schedule rather far ahead, but his assistant called that morning to confirm the appointment. He arrived for the appointment promptly and tuned the piano quite nicely. It now sounds great. He also suggested to retune in about six months as we recently moved into this house. I thought the price I paid was quite reasonable.
Description of Work: Piana tuned.

 + -1 moreHe is very good. He was recommended to me by a concert pianist. I liked that a concert pianist recommended him. He has a good tone. I have an old piano although it has a great harp. It is a studio upright and it was built in 1960. He just tunes it well. He takes his time; it takes well over an hour. When he leaves I like the way the piano sounds. It's worth the price.
Description of Work: I use Stuart Freedman to tune my piano. I'll be getting my piano tuned next month. I find the money for that because it's my passion. I have used him two or three times; the last time was in the fall.
