FORTUNE WINDOW CLEANING

I needed my windows cleaned quickly to prepare for a family get together this coming weekend.  I called Gus and although he was booked solid, he came over, gave me an estimate and washed the windows on the spot.  I  was just hoping he might be able to slot me in some time by Sunday but his quick response and service was amazing.  I would highly recommend Fortune Window Cleaning to everyone.  Gus was very professional and did a high quality job.  I will absolutely use him again.

Being the end of November, beginning of December we had to wait for a warm enough day to clean the windows.  Gus came on time and did a great job cleaning the exterior of all our windows.  He was very reasonable and I would have him out again.

Gus was punctual and professional. He did a great job cleaning the windows, especially the outsides that hadn't been done in 6 years! He does a great job for a very reasonable price. I will definately use him again.

They did a good job and my windows are clean. The only thing they didn't do that I'd asked them to do was, the light fixture that is in my front hallway. It is a hanging fixture and they said they couldn't get to it. I was disappointed in that but they did a nice job with what they did. I went with them because they are local. I called them and they called me back. It seemed like they were personable and professional.

Gus and Mindy arrived on time and cleaned all my windows, both inside and out. They look absolutely beautiful! They didn't make any sort of mess (drips) and were friendly and professional. I will definately use them again. The cost was very reasonable, and I will probably have my windows done more often because of that.

They are meticulous and extremely careful. They cleaned one window 3 times to get it clean! You can't ask for any more service! Gus arrived on time, cleaned twelve windows (storm and outside), the picture window and patio door. He did an excellent job, and his price was VERY reasonable. I will call him again next year. Once again, Angie's List is a winner.

Gus and Mindy did an excellent job. They worked quickly, efficiently, and neatly. Nice friendly couple. The only hitch was that they were 'too punctual'. They arrived an hour early. I'm just glad we were out of bed! But the windows look beautiful.

I initially called 3 service providers from Angie's list. It took Fortune Window Cleaning longer than the other companies to call me back. (I believe it took about 3 days.) In the callback message Gus explained that he is also a full time firefighter and that is why his callback was delayed. By the time he called back I had hired someone else but when that fell through I called Fortune Window Cleaning again. He had a job scheduled that day nearby. When he finished there for the day he called and then came over to give me a quote. Because it was not a huge job, he was alse able to do the work while he was here which I really appreciated.

I called Fortune Window Cleaning to schedule an appointment for cleaning the exterior windows of our two-story home. I spoke with Gus who told me that when he came out to give me an estimate, if I liked, he could do the job the same day. He was out within two weeks of our conversation.

Gus came to our home, gave his estimate, and I decided to have the job done. He began cleaning and worked quickly. Unfortunately, he hit a snag when he reached the back windows on the second floor. We had kept screens in the windows and due to this, weathering from rain against these screens had created a bad film on the windows that needed a special chemical to remove it. Gus told me that he would be happy to use this process, but it would cost more. I agreed that it needed to be done. This extra cleaning needed to be done on five windows. The process worked fine, although Gus told me that sometimes the process doesn't always work as well. He also cleaned the screens when I asked. Gus informed me that he would doubt that further chemical cleaning would be required if the screens were removed in the fall. Thus the price would be lower in the future.

We were very pleased with the outcome. The windows looked like new. It is a pleasure to keep the blinds up and see sparkling windows again. Gus was friendly and courteous and we will certainly use him again in the future.

We are very pleased with this service and plan on using him again. He was prompt in responding to my calls (within a day or two). He and his wife were very friendly and professional. The price was very good for our 30 windows and a sky light.

I needed windows cleaned before a graduation party. They were able to come within 2 days of my telephone call. They even cleaned my chandeliers and ceiling fans in addition to the sky lights and all windows. I will definitely use them again!

We called them and explained we had a few windows to be cleaned which were impossible for us to clean outside as they were high and overhanging a lake behind our house. The owner said he would come out the next day and give us an estimate, and could likely do the job the same day if the price was satisfactory. He called the next morning and said he would be over in an hour to look at the job. When he arrived we extended the job to include the entire house inside and outside. We agreed on a price and he did the job immediately. He was a neat worker, friendly, professional, thorough, and quick. We will definitely call on him again in the future.
