First Flooring is our primary source for tile and flooring products. This project was to replace our dog-stained dining room carpet with 24x24 ceramic tile. They have an extensive showroom with many samples to view, and sample boards to take home. The sales associate was very helpful in narrowing our options after asking questions about our intended use for the tile. She suggested we take several samples home, and to check with our installer to confirm our selection and quantity.
For an earlier project they had offered the name of a local installer, and we used him for this project as well. (Brian White 330--472-7368). Brian helped us determine the square footage and the materials needed. We headed back to the store and placed the order. It wasn't a stocked tile, so delivery took about a week. The finished job looks great, although the dog seemed confused at first...
Our experience has been that the flooring products that First Flooring carries is typically much better quality than what is sold in the box stores, and their customer service is tops. I recommend them highly.

I had previously purchased a similar tile from a competitor, but they were unable to deliver the size tile I purchased. Therefore, I was in a hurry to find a suitable replacement. The staff was very helpful, researched my options for the size I needed and was able to provide a good product. They followed up on my order and kept me informed of progress, just as they said they would.
Unlike the competitor, I was able to take out product samples (for a small deposit) and keep them until I was ready to return them. They were easy to work with and I would definitely do work with them again.
