+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY IS BASED IN THE CLEVELAND AREA, BUT THEY ALSO DO LOANS IN CENTRAL OHIO. ALAN AND LISA, WERE VERY HELPFUL AND TIMED THE CLOSING OF MY LOAN SO THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE TO MAKE A MORTGAGE PAYMENT FOR TWO MONTHS. THEY ALSO DID NOT CHARGE RIDICULOUS CLOSING COSTS, AND LET ME PICK MY OWN APPRAISER. THE WHOLE REFINANCE PROCESS WENT VERY SMOOTHLY.
