Air Duct Cleaning
THEY CAME TO THE HOUSE TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE AND SAW THE SET UP. I HIRED THEM BECAUSE THEY HAD A CAMERA TO SHOW THE WORK BEFORE AND AFTER, AS WELL AS THE FACT THAT THEY USED A BRUSH SYSTEM. ONCE THEY ARRIVED TO DO THE JOB THEY STATED DUE TO THE TYPE OF DUCT SYSTEM WE HAD THEY COULD NOT USE THE BRUSH. THE QUALITY OF THE VIDEO TAPE IS PRETTY MUCH USELESS. I PAID WELL ABOVE OTHER COMPANIES QUOTES BECAUSE OF THESE TWO (2) FEATURES AND WAS NOT HAPPY THAT THEY WERE NOT APPLIED ON MY JOB. IN ADDITION THE COMPANY POSTPONED THEIR FIRST APPOINTMENT ONLY TO SHOW UP ON THE SECOND SCHEDULED DAY UNPREPARED TO BEGIN WORK.
