 + -1 moreHe did a great job, and it was done when he said it would be done. It cost what he said it would cost. We would take a vacuum there to be repaired again. The quality was great. I can't fault anything.

 + -1 moreThey did a very good job and I was quite pleased with the service I recieved and the rate they charged. He even advised that they'd look it over and wouldn't repair it if the cost was exuberant. It was an easy fix.
Description of Work: I took my Hoover canister vacuum to them for repair.

 + -1 moreThey are a really good company. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, and very honest. They could have tried to sell me a 400 dollar vacuum, but they said for what I needed the 100 dollar one would work just fine. They stand behind their product.

 + -1 moreI WAS OUT IN 10 MINUTES. I WILL GO BACK AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
Description of Work: A NEEDED TO HAVE A BELT REPLACED. SO I WENT TO FALLS VACUUM. THE GENTLEMAN THERE, THE OWNER, WAS FRIENDLY AND REPLACED MY BELT ON THE SPOT, AND TESTED MY VACUUM TO MAKE SURE THAT THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED.
