THIS COMPANY IS GREAT! The previous reports are accurate. Dan got a 12 cu dumpster down my narrow driveway and angled it so that we would still be able to use one bay of our garage. He has already been back to pick up and redeliver. They do what they claim to do and they do it well and with a smile. Great company to deal with.

After the fact, I learned they are a bit more expensive. I could've saved some money, but on the other hand, they were polite and professional.

Everything about working with Estes was first rate. When I placed my request, they helped determine exactly what I needed, Estes called ahead and delivered the dumpster on time, exactly where I needed it. They called ahead for the pickup. Everyone from sales, to dispatch, to the drivers were cordial, helpful and polite.

THE SERVICE THIS COMPANY PROVIDES IS EXCEPTIONAL. WHEN WE CALLED FOR INFORMATION, THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL WITH PRICE AND WHAT COULD/COULD NOT GO INTO THE DUMPSTER. WE THOUGHT THAT THERE WOULD BE A PROBLEM WITH DELIVERY BECAUSE THEY ARE WORKING ON OUR STREET, BUT THIS POSED NO PROBLEM AT ALL. THEY PUT THE 10 YARD DUMPSTER EXACTLY WHERE WE ASKED. PICK UP OF THE DUMPSTER WAS RIGHT ON TIME WHEN PROMISED. WE WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE NEEDING IT.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. THEY WERE VERY POLITE ON THE PHONE AS WELL AS IN PERSON. THEY ARE CLEAR AND UP FRONT ABOUT WHAT CAN GO IN THE DUMPSTER, WHICH AVOIDS PROBLEMS AT PICKUP.
