The demeanor of the property manger’s was completely unacceptable. I found dead rodents in the range of my rental unit and the response was very unsatisfactory. Please proceed with caution after the gas company placed a red tag on the range I began to be personally attacked by the manger it seems as if the entire situation was a complete inconvenience to her and she began to verbally abuse me and placed the dead rodent on top of the stove and was dropping the skeletal remains of a dead bird all over the floor causing more contamination in the eating area .

We had a little delay because of a mistake the bank made but Barb took control of the situation.

It went well, largely Due to Barb's professional "tool kit". Her unflappable, patient manner, great market knowledge and ability to recognize information overload (she always gave just the right amount of information - not too little, not too much) helped me greatly. Selling this house was a very difficult thing for me to do. Working with Barb made the process as smooth and painless as possible.

Barb and her team have given me excellent service at all times and whenever I call.

As you may be able to tell by the price, the house needs some work. She worked for 92 days to help us jump through every hoop the mortgage lender required. Not too mention the sellers were less than "motivated". I'm sure her time was more valuable than any commission she'll be making from this sale! Linda, who works in her office, was also very helpful.

My overall rating speaks for itself.

Barb did a great job. The house went from listing to sold in under two months. The house was not pretty or up-to-date. It needed some serious TLC but had "good bones" - plaster walls and cornices, hardwood floors, nice big windows and a great neighborhood. She saw the same values/strong points in the house as I did so we were on the same page from start to finish. Barb is very down-to-earth. She tells you what you need to hear not what you want to hear. She is very clear about her suggested selling price, marketing methods (internet - yes, open houses - no) and experience. She is also very good at "hand holding". Barb guided me through the negotiation process. Anytime I called Barb she got back to me ASAP.
