When I mailed my check, I enclosed a letter concerning my upset concerning the nighttime mow and the contact never having been established by Pat Gross before mowing late in the season. She called me, and I returned her call. I told her confronting someone was very hard for me, & she told me, it was not dark when she arrived. I told her, it was 9pm when you quit, and you used running lights. She told me, it needed mowed or she would not have mowed the yard, even if I said it was two days ago. So, I told her, just cash the check, I do not want bad feelings. That I would tell Angie's List it was resolved. She said, okay. She agreed.

THEY WERE CHEAPER THAN OTHER ESTIMATES I HAD GOTTEN AND I COULDN'T BELIEVE THE WORK THEY DID FOR 80.00. I FEEL THIS COMPANY IS AN ASSET TO OUR COMMUNITY. THE OWNER SAID SHE WAS NEW IN BUSINESS BUT TREATED MY YARD AS HER OWN AND DID WONDERFUL WORK.
