I have had other service providers come out and look at the roof and there are several major issues with it. He used two different kinds of shingles (some cheap, some expensive) which I didn't agree to since they only showed me the expensive shingles before doing the roof. My roof looks like a patchwork quilt from an aerial view. He overcharged me, didn't nail the shingles properly, tore off my antenna wires on the side of my house, left sections uncovered which will cause leaks, used particle board instead of plywood, and left my spouting half off. Then they started doing my fencework without my permission and they didn't even finish the job that they had started. I had paid him $5000.00 up front for the materials alone for the roofing and exterior work and the bill he showed me did not reflect the work that was actually done. They are not bonded, licensed, or insured. He seems to focus on senior citizens, so beware! My neighbors were complaining about them smoking marijuana. I do not allow drugs on my property and I would have fired them on the spot had I seen it. I fired them immediately upon hearing that they were smoking marijuana from my neighbors.
