basement waterproofing
+ -1 moreThe person that I was involved with was terrible with the followup. There is a lot of stress just to have them come out and do a check on my basement. This company came highly recommended by a realtor who used them for a family member and people who have had work done by this company. It is truly frustrating to get a service person out to my home. It was like pulling teeth! I do not recommend this company and I will not use this company in the future.
Description of Work: I hired this company to waterproof my basement. The job was completed and done well. I do not have problems with the basement and moisture. This company was also the cheapest of other companies quotes. I do have a problem with the company's response to doing a followup. I have a warranty that I purchased with the job that was done.
