They are very personable and professional, and they knew what they were doing. I would recommend them. Their price was reasonable for what they had to do.
"We appreciate the opportunity to respond to our customer’s problem. The service provided was dependent upon the customer to complete the work. The water softener was correctly bypassed in order to do the work the customer hired us to do. We always hope that the instructions we leave behind will help to eliminate confusions or other problems. In this situation, the customer didn't hire us to flush the well after we sanitized. This would require a separate trip and most homeowners opt to do the flushing themselves. When the customer called up, we apparently correctly assumed that he hadn't turned the valves into the correct position. Since we hadn't originally installed his softener, we were relying upon verbal communications to the best of our ability. We were more than willing to come right out, but since it wasn't an error on our part, and the customer was really asking for extra service, we were right to advise him of a cost for a tech to come out. This is why we tried to help the customer over the phone. We will continue to work on clarifying these instructions with our customers."
