DON'S CARPET CLEANING

Put chemicals on the carpet and alot of water. then left. When I called to say the carpet was filthy he said the chemicals pull the dirt up and I need to vaccum to suck up the dirt. The carpet smelled worse after he left and was wet for days. I didn't pay 900 for me to clean the carpet. Wound up purchasing a carpet cleaner and cleaned the carpets myself.

Excellent work, we are very satisfied.

I paid $360 cash for carpet dyeing in two small areas from pet stains.  The stains look exactly the same and the carpets are still wet one week later.  He used an old rotary scrubber and I did not see anything that looked like dye work.  He just talked about his secret cleaner which I don't believe his stories  (Proctor & Gamble would steal his formula, etc.)  He says he stands by his work but when I asked him to come back out for his "color correction" services or for a partial refund, he told me to call COIT cleaners or to pour a gallon of solution on it that he  mixed in my kitchen sink and left for me in an old water jug.  Then he texted "Over and out!"  Weirdest carpet cleaning experience of my life.  I would not recommend at all.  I am sick that I am out all that money for nothing.

THE SERVICE WAS GREAT, WITH THEM BEING PROMPT AND FRIENDLY. THEY MOVED MY FURNITURE BECAUSE I HAD JUST HAD BACK SURGERY. THE CLEANING JOB ITSELF WAS VERY WELL DONE.

DON TAKES HIS TIME AND GOES BEYOND EXPECTATIONS IN REMOVING SPOT AND PROBLEM AREAS. OUR DOG HAD GOTTEN A BLUE BALLPOINT PEN AND MY BEIGE CARPET WAS 65% BLUE. DON MADE IT LOOK LIKE NEW AGAIN.

IT TAKES A LONG TIME TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT.
