DAVIS WATER TREATMENT

I was a loyal customer for 20+ years. When I sold my home, they were awful. The people in the front office are horrible, no respect for residential customers. Seniors beware!!!! Picture this, after 27 years in my home, the movers had just left, we were sharing a tearful goodbye with my daughter in the driveway, when my phone rings, the realtor telling me there was a last minute snag because the nasty ******* at Davis read the riot act to my buyer, telling him he needed to extend the rental plan or they would rip out their equipment. Never mentioned that he could buy it - get this, the young nasty ***** in the office told me $350, then the office manager told me $300, then they told the new buyer $379. This to buy out 20+ year old equipment that was fully depreciated 10 years ago. Liars! Rob Davis would be very sad to know how they treat customers now. Probably sorry he left his name on the company.

Our water softener (about 13 years old) stopped working completely and our water was just unbearable. Very hard and very high iron; bad sulfur smell and staining the sinks and toilets. We had gotten an estimate from Davis about a year prior because we knew that the softener was not going to last us much longer and wasn't working optimally even at that time. So we called Davis again. They came out (Josh) and gave us an estimate--which was actually slightly lower than the original one we had gotten a year ago. Very honest--they could've just told us the price was the same! We discussed repairing (really not worth it with a system as old as ours was) and replacing, and decided to replace the system. Mike (I believe) came out the next week and installed our new system. Everything went smoothly and we are now enjoying our wonderful clean water! I want to add that everyone I spoke with, including the receptionists Cathy and Suzanne, were very polite, helpful, and patient with my many questions. Nobody tried to upsell us or pressure us; they were very knowledgable and honest. Great company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again.

After the original provider came out and recommended repairing our existing system (it had been 1 1/2 years since last repair on this 5 year old system), Davis came out and made some excellent recommendations. We decided to do away with our existing aeration system and replace it with a 120 gallon contact tank with a carbon filtration system. We did this based on the fact that our water has a high Ph and our existing aeration system just wasn't doing the job. The technician arrived on time, and did a very professional job removing our old tank and installing the new ones. He also came up with a good solution to tie our existing backwash hose into a gutter drain, rather than out a basement window as the previous company had done. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and explained all of the new settings and advised us on next steps with our RO filters. He is returning in a week to check all settings and to make any needed tweaks. His work was meticulous, and he left the work area immaculate. We felt Davis the Davis solution was more geared to our specific water requirements, rather than a generic solution. I think Davis may be a little more expensive initially but I think will actually be more cost effective in the long run due to high maintenance costs on the old system.

Absolutely outstanding job in every way. I called because we were getting increasing amounts of orange water in our toilets and sinks. I called Davis to schedule an appointment; Kathy took the call. She was very cordial and professional and said she'd send her very best tech, Mark. She arranged a date and time - and he even came a little early. Mark tested the water and was able to tell me what was wrong with our system in a matter of minutes. He generated a quote on the spot and we scheduled an install appointment. He came right on time, replaced the plumbing and equipment, and had the new treatment system up and running within six hours. By himself. The work area was left spotless; you'd never known he'd been there. We now have pristine water thanks to Davis - and they have a new client for life!

The tech did an excellent job of installing and testing the system. He did it in a very timely manner, and he was careful to clean up all debris. We felt the price was fair, and would definitely use Davis again.

The guy was about an hour late, but he did a good job.

They were great. Very professional and I would use them again.

This company was very responsive and also worked well coordinating a repair with my Home Warranty Company, even though they weren't a preferred vendor. (Our new home's water softener broke and needed to be replaced.) The installation by Cory was done well and with no mess. One major concern we had was iron stains. It didn't eliminate them right away so Davis/Tony returned to adjust the settings. We go through softener salt at an alarming rate, but at least our bathroom fixtures are no longer stained.

First rate. He did charge us for coming to the home, evaluating the system and our water. Todd was very trustworthy

I have an old water softener that was malfunctioning. Davis evaluated and recommended a repair. I chose to replace the resin while they were servicing the unit. |Davis could have told me I needed a replacement and I would have installed one. Their service was very prompt and professional.

Attempted to repair existing fourteen year old system, which was underperforming. Made repairs last year with an understanding that it would be temporary and we would need to begin planning for a new system. We really appreciated the fact that they had our best interests in mind. The installation of the new system went very well and all of the old equipment was removed from our home. Very professional. We would recommend them and plan to use their services in the future.

The technician was very professional and very much an expert in his field. He explained why my softener was not operating at maximum capacity and adjusted it to help make it work better for our family. We will have them come back in a couple of months for a reverse osmosis installation - Tony was GREAT! ! ! !
