COPLEY AUTO & COLLISION

We were very happy with the result after going to Copley Collision.  Our car was involved in a minor accident that resulted in cosmetic damage to the rear bumper cover.  An insurance adjuster gave us an estimate for the cosmetic damage.  We took the estimate to Copley Collision, who told us that they would be able to do the job within the estimate, but they had a 2 week backlog of work, so we scheduled to bring our car in 14 days from then.  The evening before the appointed day, we used the drop slot to drop off the keys and left the car in their parking lot.  The next morning, we had call from them, explaining that they had looked at the car and identified that the alignment of the car also needed to be corrected.  Copley Collision contacted the insurance company directly and got the additional work approved -- we didn't have to do anything.  2 days later, we were told that the car was finished and we could pick it up.  We drove over and the car looked great.  You couldn't tell that anything had been repaired.  We also had lots of questions about what might damage the paint in the first day or two, and they patiently answered all of our questions.  We would definitely take our cars there again.

One service was free. I had gone in to ask about something. The owner of the shop told me that it was not worth my money to have something fixed. I had a problem with the car but it was not going to go away and it was not fixable but he could slow down the progression of what was happening to it. He did that at no charge. So I thought that was very nice of him. Because of that, I ended up trying to give him some business. So I gave him business by having him change my oil. They did a very nice job. It was reasonable. The service was real good. They are polite and efficient.  They are very honest, which is something we don't find too much.

Very considerate and thorough treatment from the time the car was towed to them until I picked it up on completion. They had to replace the left front fender, hood, front grille, headlight assembly, battery, and a few engine compartment components. The car only had 1700 miles on the odometer, so I was very distraught. John told me that after repairs I would not be able to tell the difference. He was right. Perfect match on the paint job. Rides and handles exactly as before the accident. I think the car was cleaner when I picked it up than it was upon dealer delivery. The work was finished a couple days BEFORE promised. John and Jeff always communicated when and as promised. I have absolutely no complaints. They made a terrible experience as painless as they could. Unqualified highest recommendation.

The best mechanics around. They are always thorough and helpful. They even fix little things for free!

CAC was always professional, fair in price, helpful and courteous. CAC is the place to go when your car needs repairs or help in deciding to purchase a vehicle. There is not one negative thing to say about CAC. It was always a positive experience when we used them for our repairs. CAC doesn't give up when other shops would when trying to repair the cars.

Everything was excellent as usual. They found the blower was clogged with leaves and removed them. I've been using Copley for several years, and he has been honest, professional, and knowledgeable. His rates are very fair, and he has even provided service for free on occasion.

First, John tried a simple rub out and touch up paint - for free! It didn't look very good, as the van was brand new, so we hired Copley to do a complete job and remove the bumper and spend more time with the repair. A few days later, when putting something in the back of the van, we found that they had forgotten to re-attach the vehicle name bar to the hatch. Now we have to schedule another appointment to have it put back on.

The experience was good. The repair took several days, but this was because of the difficulty in the shop getting the appropriate part from the manufacturer. The manager called me to keep me updated on the progress of getting the part, so I knew what to expect. The actual cost turned out to be significantly less than the initial estimate.

WHEN I PICKED MY CAR UP, I TALKED TO THE OWNER, WHO WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK.

I HAVE HAD A NUMBER OF REPAIRS DONE ON MY VEHICLES BY COPLEY AUTO AND COLLISION OVER THE YEARS. THIS REPAIR MET WITH MY TOTAL SATISFACTION AND WAS OF THE SERVICE LEVEL AND QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP I HAVE COME TO EXPECT FROM THIS PROVIDER.

WE HAVE USED COPLEY AUTO COLLISION FOR ALL OF OUR CAR PROBLEMS THE LAST THREE YEARS. WE FIND THEM TO BE TIMELY, HONEST AND THEIR WORK HAS BEEN EXCELLENT.

I RECEIVED A CALL AN HOUR LATER, WITH A CORRECT DIAGNOSIS. I HAD ALREADY DONE HOMEWORK BEFORE IN CASE THE STRUTS WERE BAD. THEY WERE. THE ADVICE THAT I WAS GIVEN WAS IN LINE WITH WHAT OTHER MECHANICS HAD SAID OVER THE PHONE. WHEN I DECLINED TO HAVE THE WORK DONE, I WAS STILL TREATED AS COURTEOUSLY AS IF I'D SPENT A THOUSAND DOLLARS. THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!
