My wife and I have been taking our cars to Cole's for years now. We have never had a problem with any service that Cole's had done. They will bend over backwards to accommodate a customer if possible. Their prices are in line with the quality of services that they perform, which in my opinion are A-1.If you want cheap service and cheap quality, then go somewhere else, but if you want good quality and service then go to Cole's.

He's always worked on our cars for 15-20 years. We have 140,000 miles on one car and we've never had a breakdown on a trip because of his maintenance. We feel very confident that we aren't being overcharged and allows my husband to inspect any parts needed.

The service was prompt, customer service was excellent, they clearly explain everything, pricing was way better than i expected. Plus it's a family owned business, not some big franchise. It's also one stop service.
