I love using Coit Cleaners. Not only do they do a fantastic job, they technicians could not be friendly and more accomodating!

One person came out and it took about 45 minutes. The carpeting was well cleaned. He moved the furniture with those white spongy things underneath. He was very nice.

They worked hard and did a good job. They tried to stain the grout but it didn't work. They cleaned it all out and finished the job correctly

Went well, but they forgot to leave the spot cleaner they mentioned in the beginning of the cleaning.

I purchased some inexpensive darkening drapes from Overstock.com and they arrived very wrinkled. I would have never been able to press them out myself on an ironing board. I called around until Coit said they would send someone out to pick them up them out. They delivered the drapes in about a week and even hung them for me. The windows huge and are ten feet high. They did a great job and I had a good experience.

They did a good job. They were very efficient. The carpet looked good when they left. They answered our questions. I thought the price was a little high but when I looked at others, it was about the same so it was average.

We called Coit for an estimate based on a referral from a friend. Joe the service tech was very professional on the day he came for the quote, called and let us know the time as well as when he was on his way. He walked through the whole house with us, asking us questions as well pointing out things to us since this was our new home. We decided to use Coit based on experience we had for the estimate. They were very accommodating of our schedules and we were able to have an appointment in the evening so we didn't have to take time away from work. Before Joe began with the cleaning, he reviewed everything again with us, confirmed all the services we wanted completed as well explained the whole process. He worked very efficiently but still took his time to make sure he hit every single spot of carpet in the house. After he was done, he walked us through the areas, pointed everything out and made sure we were happy with the service. I would definitely use them again as well as recommend to friends or neighbors who are interested in having their carpets cleaned.

Just perfect!!! very friendly,and went straight to work. No messes, even moped the floor before they left. Gave us very helpful advice on how to maintain the service provided, and gave us a free bottle of cleaner for any spots that may happen, as we do have pets. We would very much like to recommend Coit Services, for fast and thorough cleaning. A # ! in my books. Linda Mesic

Cleaned carpet in high traffic area.

They were punctual and efficient. The service was quite good and my 13 year old carpets looked more than satisfactory when the technician was finished.

My appointment was made 3 days ago and scheduled for a time between 9:00 am and noon today. I received a call at 8:00 am letting me know they would be there between 9:00 and 9:30. He arrived at 8:55, was very pleasant ,did a GREAT job on both the couch and the carpet! (We have a dog and a cat, so there were some stains on the carpet- which you can't see now!!!) It did not take a long time to do, which was great on a busy Saturday morning! I have used their services before, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

They came out provided an estimate and took the blinds that day with them for cleaning. We had the blinds back not even a week later. Paul did an excellent job. We have ALOT of windows in our home. Even with difficulty that Paul was experiencing with getting them to fit back in, he stayed until the job was done going ABOVE and BEYOND. Thank you Paul and Coit. You saved us about $7,000 from having to replace our dirty blinds in our new home.

ok, wish they would have show before and after pictures inside as part of the work...especially because it was the first cleaning those ducts had.

Two guys came and did a great job. They moved the furniture when it needed to be moved. They performed the work quickly and I was thorughly satisfied.

Anthony was the technician from COIT. He was very professional, thorough, and attentive. Anthony had no hesitation in going over a stain or heavy traffic areas that I thought needed re-done. I was very happy with the service. COIT is not the cheapest but it is far better than the other two big carpet cleaning competitors that will never return to my house based on some very bad experiences.

I was satisfied with their services and I would hire them again if I needed a rug cleaner, because they definitely did a nice job. I found them through a coupon. I rate them highly and they were fine.

The scheduling was good and worked with my work schedule. The blinds were very dirty, and they did a good job.

I like their work very much. They were very good and I have no complaints about their service. They did a very good job!

My overall experience with them was good.

They have an excellent reputation. They did a better job of cleaning than other companies. The price is better too.

They said they could get the stain out of my carpet, but then they did not. When I called them afterwards, they said there was no way anyone could get the stain out. I just wish they would have let me know up front.

The experience was terrible. The salesperson came and promised a bunch of stuff. He promised that they would get a bunch of stuff clean and do it professionally. I didn't end up getting that. They did a terrible job of cleaning and the customer service was horrible. They had one really nice person who did the tile and he did a good job but the repairs and the cleaning they said they would do, they were not able to do and I had to end up hiring someone to do it all over again after I paid them because it was so awful. When I called to complain they said I could have a credit for more services from them. The price was too much. Even if I had paid $1, it would have been too much. I would never use them again and I would recommend that people don't use them.

They did a really nice job. I would use them again if I need to.

Out of the three carpet cleaning companies I have used they were the best for the money. The guy that did the cleaning was from the commercial side and he did an outstanding job.

The experience was good overall. They did a nice job.
