They were very accommodating of our schedules and we were able to have an appointment in the evening so we didn't have to take time away from work. Before Joe began with the cleaning, he reviewed everything again with us, confirmed all the services we wanted completed as well explained the whole process. He worked very efficiently but still took his time to make sure he hit every single spot of carpet in the house.
After he was done, he walked us through the areas, pointed everything out and made sure we were happy with the service. I would definitely use them again as well as recommend to friends or neighbors who are interested in having their carpets cleaned.
