QUALITY OF CARPET IS 'A' AND QUALITY OF TILE WOULD BE A 'C'. I HAVE TRIED TO GET THEM 4 TIMES TO FIX SOMETHING AND THEY HAVE NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. THEY HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE TILE INSTALLATION AND THE SUBSEQUENT PROBLEM WE ARE TRYING TO FIX IS WITH THE TILE ALSO. RESPONSIVENESS IS POOR

IT TOOK OVER A MONTH AND A HALF FOR THEM TO GET THE CARPET. I WOULDNT HAVE MINDED IT TAKING SO LONG BUT THEY TOLD ME IT WAS ONLY GOING TO BE 10 DAYS. I HAD TO MAKE MULTIPLE CALLS AND SPEAK WITH MULTIPLE PEOPLE BEFORE THE OWNER TOOK CARE OF THE SITUATION. HE DID WRITE ME A LETTER OF APOLOGY REGARDING THE INCIDENT BUT THAT WAS ONLY AFTER MAKING MULTIPLE CALLS TO THE COMPANY.

THE SALES MAN GAVE ME VERY GOOD ADVICE ON COLOR CHOICE. IM GLAD I WENT WITH HIS SUGGESTION. THEIR WORK WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, DONT LET THE OLD TRUCK FOOL YOU.
