Choice Aire

Hired Choice Aire to install a complete home HVAC System (Furnace, AC, Humidifier, Thermostat, etc). They are a Bryant equipment dealer, which is basically same as Carrier (sister-company). Eric, the owner, is the main contact. Company seemed big enough to be there if needed in emergency, but not too big where it's a constant parade of different/new people... dealing with the owner directly was nice too, part of the reason I went with them as well. Installed: - Bryant "Preferred" 96% efficient, 2 stage, variable speed, 100,000 BTU furnace - Bryant "Preferred" 3.5 ton, 13 SEER 1 stage AC - Aprilaire #600 Humidifier - Cor Wi-Fi Thermostat - Plus all the other needed various supplies/equipment to install the new system. Been installed for about a week. Everything appears to be great. The install looks extremely clean and well done... but that's about all I can really go off of at this point. The crew was very nice, professional and made sure to not leave a mess in any way. They do have to return in a couple days to install the new thermostat as my current wiring to the thermostat area needed some adjustments to be made. They promptly followed up to set up that return date to install the thermostat once the part they needed to order came in... without me having to call them to see what the status was. Definitely glad we chose them for the job and would recommend them. *** Just a note on pricing, I opted for the standard 1-year labor warranty and not the 10-year labor warranty.
