- He was responsive to our request for an estimate and worked with us to get the right menu and pricing.
- Our numbers fluctuated wildly and he had no problem adjusting.
- They were more than prompt.
- His staff is EXCELLENT. They are super courteous and eager to help.
- The food was above and beyond what we expected. Chicken Marsala, salad bar, baked potato bar, nice vegetables, tender roast beef and very nice dessert table.
- Mark has developed an incredible system of organization and team work with his crew. They bring everything in color coded containers and all the staff know the drill.
It was one of those times when you felt like you got even more than what you paid for. There was nothing that they could have done better. Honestly. I had not met Mark before that day although my family has been going to Difeo's store since about 1930. I could not recommend them more.
PS I don't know how Angie's allows people to post reviews when they couldn't get on a caterer's calendar during the holidays. No promise was made so move on. It sounds very spiteful and is not helpful in the least.
