They were pleasant, helpful & prompt during the transaction. However, when I called to complain the foam in the cushions was too soft, I was treated very poorly. The older staff person was rude, defensive and offered no resolution. She said the cushion density was fine to her and that was that. They already had my money so I had no resolution except legal action which I chose not to pursue.

I CALLED AND THEN TOOK THE ITEMS OVER. JUST FOUR DAYS LATER THEY CALLED BACK TO SAY THE WORK WAS ALL DONE! EVERYTHING LOOKS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL AND THE COST WAS AMAZINGLY SMALL. IN ADDITION, THEY ARE GREAT TO TALK WITH! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING WHEN I ASKED TO PROVIDE MY OWN FABRIC AND PROVIDED ME WITH AN ESTIMATE OF THE YARDAGE I WOULD NEED. THE CHAIR WAS PICKED UP WHEN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE. THE WORK WAS FINISHED SOONER THAN ORIGINALLY PROMISED AND THE WORKMANSHIP IS SUBERB. THE YARDAGE ESTIMATE WAS RIGHT ON TARGET AND THE SMALL AMOUNT OF EXTRA FABRIC WAS RETURNED ALONG WITH THE FINISHED CHAIR.
