 + -1 moreKaren Pace was extrodinarily helpful and patient. She provided swift and detailed reponses to all our questions. She never made us feel anything except welcome and important. She walked us through start to finish what to expect during the sales process and executed as promised.
Description of Work: Bond and Associates helped us to be able to sell our home by-owner. They provided us with a complete packet of necessary documents/forms and performed all the closing activities.

 + -1 moreAs Mom's Power of Attorney (POA) I was responsible for selling her home. Karen worked closely with me to make sure the paperwork for the sale was in order. She quickly followed-up whenever I had a question or left a message. When there was a glitch, she made sure things got back on track. When it was time for me to sign, Karen came to me, at a place and time convenient to me - even though it meant she got home a little late that day.
Description of Work: Karen Pace at Bond & Associates did the title work/closing when I sold my Mom's house.
