As Mom's Power of Attorney (POA) I was responsible for selling her home. Karen worked closely with me to make sure the paperwork for the sale was in order. She quickly followed-up whenever I had a question or left a message. When there was a glitch, she made sure things got back on track. When it was time for me to sign, Karen came to me, at a place and time convenient to me - even though it meant she got home a little late that day.
