They are excellent. Two other plumbers said they needed to dig up our yard to fix a plumbing issue. We called Big Tom's and they advised making a hole in the side of the concrete and connect it to the downspout. It cost $200 instead and it worked just fine. We have found them to be very reliable and trustworthy and we would highly recommend them.

They were very timely, very polite, and very fast. Work done well and the price was good.

They have been my choice for all plumbing issues for years. It's awhile, few years, that I've had a need for their services. 

 They were referred to me by my mom some time in the 90's.  She nor I have never have had any complaints.

The last time they had to come to my home was for an old bath room pipe that burst, they were timely and did a great clean up.

Some time before that I had an emergency in the middle of the night and unfortunately I had to call another plumber who did a botched up job and I had to call Big Tom to come out and correct the situation.

They were punctual and professional. The toilet drain needed to be cleaned. They did the work quickly and cleaned up work area when completed ! I will use this company again !

I made a phone call in the morning to the company, and help arrived within two hours. The two gentlemen who came were very polite and they went right to work. The toilet was quickly unclogged. We were advised on what to do to prevent the problem in the future, and what course we could follow if the problem persists. All in all we were pleased with this experience with Big Tom's Plumbing and Drain.

I have used Big Tom's for years.  They are always on-time and professional.  I wouldn't use any other service.

Work was finished in a timely manner. 

Our kitchen disposal was not working and we assumed it would need replacing.  The plumber arrived and worked efficiently to install the new disposal.  He was pleasant and courteous.  When I made the appointment, I also asked if the plumber could check a slow leak in the shower and install a bathroom faucet.  He did both, indicating that I should wait until the shower worsens and maybe try purchasing a new shower head as ours had a small crack.  He installed the faucet (it was not as easy as it appeared and the access was a bit tight, so I am glad we didn't  do it ourselves!)  The next day, I noticed a small leak under the kitchen sink and called to have the plumber stop again in case it was related to the disposal.  He came that day, but the leak had stopped and did not appear to be related to the previous work.  I asked to have the three shut-off valves replaced as that was where I originally noticed the leak.  Again, the work was done well and quickly.  We will certainly use this company again.

They arrived on time, were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Seemed to know what they were talking about and worked efficiently.

It only took him about 20 minutes to fix our sink. There were two of them that worked together, and one worked under the sink. They just put the new faucets on and they were gone. They were very polite. I would use them anytime. They gave us a senior discount. We actually wound up with more space underneath the cupboard than we had before.

It was a bigger problem then I initially realized. They were very professional and punctual. They did a good job.

They're punctual, have decent prices, will call to let you know if they'll be held up, and are clean and courteous. I would recommend them to others.
