Lawn Tool Repair
IN THE LAST FIVE YEARS I HAVE SPENT CLOSE TO $10,000 FOR EQUIPMENT AT BELTZ. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN. THE REPAIR PERSONNEL WAITED UNTIL I HAD PAID FOR THE REPAIR BEFORE TELLING ME ABOUT THE THEFT. I HAD TO INSIST THAT THE POLICE BE CALLED WHEN THE OWNER, TONY SCHMEING, SAID THAT CALLING WOULD DO NO GOOD. ONCE THE POLICE ARRIVED, SUDDENLY TONY SAID OTHER EQUIPMENT WAS STOLEN TOO BUT COULD NOT PROVIDE ANY SERIAL NUMBERS EXCEPT FOR MY SNOW THROWER. TONY'S PROMISE TO REPLACE MY SNOW THROWER WITH ANOTHER MODEL (THAT I HAD TO GO TO OTHER STORES TO FIND) & REFUND MY REPAIR BILL HAS NOT HAPPENED. I KEEP CALLING & HE KEEPS STALLING.
