lawn mower repair
 + -1 moreIN THE LAST FIVE YEARS I HAVE SPENT CLOSE TO $10,000 FOR EQUIPMENT AT BELTZ. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN. THE REPAIR PERSONNEL WAITED UNTIL I HAD PAID FOR THE REPAIR BEFORE TELLING ME ABOUT THE THEFT. I HAD TO INSIST THAT THE POLICE BE CALLED WHEN THE OWNER, TONY SCHMEING, SAID THAT CALLING WOULD DO NO GOOD. ONCE THE POLICE ARRIVED, SUDDENLY TONY SAID OTHER EQUIPMENT WAS STOLEN TOO BUT COULD NOT PROVIDE ANY SERIAL NUMBERS EXCEPT FOR MY SNOW THROWER. TONY'S PROMISE TO REPLACE MY SNOW THROWER WITH ANOTHER MODEL (THAT I HAD TO GO TO OTHER STORES TO FIND) & REFUND MY REPAIR BILL HAS NOT HAPPENED. I KEEP CALLING & HE KEEPS STALLING.
Description of Work: THE SNOW THROWER I PURCHASED FROM BELTZ WAS TAKEN FOR REPAIR ON 9/30/05. REPAIR WAS COMPLETED ON 11/1 & I WENT IN ON 11/2 & PAID THE REPAIR BILL. I WAS THEN TOLD THAT MY SNOW THROWER HAD BEEN STOLEN. I INSISTED THE LAKEMORE POLICE BE CALLED & FILED A REPORT. TONY SCHMEING, THE OWNER, HAS PROMISED TO REPLACE MY SNOW THROWER WITH A NEW MODEL THAT WE HAVE AGREED ON & TO REFUND THE REPAIR BILL. ALL I KEEP GETTING IS THE RUN-AROUND & PROMISES.
