"We were out 6/30/18 and diagnosed the replacement due to damage done by motor and fan blade breaking loose and cutting into condenser coil. Quoted replacement unit which was not approved by customer. We never had installers on sight. Our schedule is always less than two weeks so we would not have quoted a month out for install. Also, we do not price match. There must be some confusion on what company actually did an installation for you but it was not Beckwith Heating & Cooling. I am sorry you had a poor experience with another company.."
