My husband bought a tractor off of them 5 years ago. It had a problem working. We called them and they sent someone out to pick it up promptly. Worked on it immediately and returned it. They are always available to answer questions. They go above and beyond for their customers.

They did very well, and they have been very very responsive. They are very professional, and helpful. We did have some trouble and they came and picked it up, and fixed and put back within a day. They were prompt and on time. They even took the time to talk with my husband the step by step process on how to change the oil the first time. They actually came up with in house solutions to fix the glitches.
