+ -1 moreThey sent me all the closing paperwork for the sale of my home with postage due...not just a few cents. They applied less than half the postage on the paperwork and I had to pay the balance. I inquired about it and the only response I received was they don't have a postage scale???? No apology, only I am the first person that ever "mentioned" a problem. Now, they are supposed to pay my final water bill which I supplied to them over 3 weeks ago and it is not paid yet, I sent an email 5 days ago, and still have not heard a response. They have received payment from me, so I guess that is why there is no longer any customer service. Now they owe me money and I cannot get a hold of them???
