We were well satisfied. They have a lot of integrity. I feel if something would go wrong, they would come back and make sure I was satisfied.

Very bad result, with the lawn coming in terribly and several bushes dieing. Came back to throw some seed around by hand. The side of the house is swampy and doesn't drain. 
For note, I started a thorough annual fertilization program with an A rated Angie's List company in early fall and continued through just recently when I decided to get the lawn removed and a new lawn put in.
A minimum of three other companies came out to assess the lawn one year later and said it is a fescue lawn and the wrong choice of grass for my sunny front. Bako claims it's a bluegrass mix... I don't know, but it's hard to argue with at least three A rated Angie's List contractors. All I know is that the lawn is so terrible that I am getting it replaced by an A rated Angie's List lawn company. New company told me to stop watering, let it dry out for putting in the new lawn and also save the watering expense. Aeration and overseeding was an option, but most thought it would just be a patch job and not be effective. Wish I would have been a member when I decided to have my work done!
I have an in-ground sprinkler system and used it twice daily through the end of the year and started up again in the spring. Bako tells me I didn't water properly.....  Don't know, but I watered automatically twice daily.
My advice to all is to find good rated Angie's List folks and go with them. Having done at least one complete landscaping job at a prior house with this company before didn't count for anything with them when I reached out to them on the problem. Really sad...
