Louis responded promptly to my message to have a tree trimmed and a large lilac bush removed. He gave me a quote for half of what another company quoted .He came the following week as promised and did an excellent job. He cleaned up the yard and hauled everything away.I would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him

Today was the second time we have used Backyard Stump and Tree Removal. Just as last year, they were prompt with replying to our message (even calling us back on a Sunday), and they were prompt in getting our work done. We had six stumps to be removed, it was done in about 30 minutes, and the area was cleaned up when they were done. Not to mention they are very affordable and the cost has now been the lowest twice in a row. I would recommend them to anyone!

6 Days later, no one ever contacted. I just don't understand why they would put themselves on Angies and then not respond. I appreciate the folks that are busy, just hit the reply button right away and tell me they are too busy, then I move on. I don't think any worse of them. But, when there is no response after 6 days, why would I trust them next time?
