B-DRY SYSTEM

I've been trying to get a hold of them for weeks now, and they effectively disappeared on me. Zero warranty or willingness to solve the issue. I had these guys come out to fix a water problem in my basement. They recommended the $5000 b-dry system. I told them that seemed excessive for the small localized water spot, and the salesperson agreed, saying their localized sump pump would most likely do the trick as well. So we proceeded. The day of the appointment they drill open my basement, and it turns out, unbeknownst to all of us, the basement is built on sandstone instead of dirt. So the workers have to drill a bit more, and they decide to move the sump pump more into the corner, probably because it was easier to drill. Turns out, the water still wells up on the original spot (2 feet more to the right of where they dug the hole) and the sump pump doesn't ever run unless you poor water in it directly. I've been trying to get a hold of B-DRY to get it fixed for nearly a month now. Return calls were clearly not included with the contract. Haven't heard back from them.
