B & B HOMECRAFT BUILDERS

Description of Work: This company not professional in any way. They not only did not complete any of the jobs listed to be completed but caused damage in the process. 1. Subcontracted the drywallers - had to work around their schedules, didn't even show up to start working until around 530 at night (although these guys did a good job, probably because they don't actually work for B & B). The contractor neve even came to look at their work, called me and told them to clean everything up. 2. moving a toilet and sink - took 3 times to get the right shut off valve and in the process allowed water to leak into the basement, ruining the drywall in the basement. The general contractor didn't care and did nothing to correct it. 3. Removing crown moulding and baseboards - took 3 days to remove the woodwork, and that would have been OK if they hadn't ruined it in the process. Had to hire another contractor to install the woodwork after having to replace most of it. B & B damaged the moldings, some of which was more than 60 years old (can't find the good moulding anymore). 4. Insulation was blown into the attic and the walls, in the attic apparently it was blown into the electrical boxes and was falling through into the living space. 5. Needed the money in cash is this because he doesn't claim it, he stated that he had to pay $10.00 to cash it and the bank. Much much more, the list is to long to mention. Really have nothing good to say about this group. Don't fall for the hype, this contractor cannot be trusted.
