The Air conditioning is now ice cold. I could not have had a better replacement for the money or the service. They were cheaper by far than the dealer and they use dealer parts. Excellent service.

They redid the alignment on the car. It turned out fine. They've given me good advice. I had some problems with my car about a year ago. Autobahn was able to figure out what the issue was.

.My 2006 Mercedes S55 quit running on the highway and would not restart, no codes or messages.

I had the car towed (asked for a flat bed and helper ramps because of the very low front and rear bumpers of the car) to Autobahn because I knew they do excellent work at a very good price. The car broke down on Saturday, and Autobahn checked the car on Monday when they opened. Very quick response time. Louie called me stating they checked fuel pressure and that the fuel pump was bad. He said it would take 1 -2 days to come in (oem Mercedes pump). The job was finished on Wednesday, which was great. I picked up the car and it ran great. The Mercedes pump cost $410 and labor was about $300 for a total of $734 with tax, very reasonable considering a Camaro I have would have cost $1200 for a fuel pump ($700 for the part and $500 for labor)

I highly recommend Autobahn to anybody needing car repair, foreign and domestic. Cant beat the service or the price.

Currently Infiniti FX35 still @ Autobahn, but wanted to leave a review based upon 4 years of prior experience with Autobahn.
I find them to be the most professional service facility for high end auto's that I personally have run across. There have been situations where they could have taken advantage of a situation, and the thought doesn't cross their mind. This is a fair and honest business that will perform your repairs in the most professional manner. They are very busy, so punctuality is hit or miss, but you never need worry about the quality of the service or repair. The mechanics are top notch and all staff I have met are excellent.
Highly recommended.

they are very professional. When I expressed concern about having difficulty getting to work, they offered me a loaner car at no charge. My car was finished at the time they said. About 6 weeks later, I had some noise and took it back to them. They went for a road test with me and said it was tire noise, not the brakes. Then they put it up to look at the tires and confirmed the problem -- at no cost to me. The tires had been put on 2 years earlier at a different place -- and the place that put on the tires denied that there was any problem with them. Autobahn clarified the situation so I knew what the problem was.

Louie and his company have been the source of excellent service on imported cars we have owned over the years. We are never dissapointed. They are always dead-on when diagnosing problems, even elusive issues the dealer service departments have not been able to identify, and their prices are very fair.

We had been having trouble with coolant leaks and had to keep taking the car back to another garage. I wanted to try someplace different so we went to Autobahn. They worked on the car for a few days to get a good diagnosis and told us what we needed, which was an internal part. I made clear to them that we wanted to make sure we weren't going to need more repairs afterwards and they made it clear that they stand behind their work and that this will fix all of the leaks. We had them do the repair and the car hasn't leaked at all since. It was good to get the problem fixed properly.

They are honest and confidant.

I don't recall how much I paid for their services. My husband and I used to live near Autobahn and we took our cars there regularly for service. They are outstanding. We would continue to go there except we don't live near there anymore. They have a very high level of service and we were always very pleased with the work they did on our cars. We took our cars there regularly for many different types of service so sometimes the service was a lot and sometimes it was a little depending on what the cars needed.

Everything was perfect. These guys are professionals who take pride in their work. They don't "find" extra things that need to be done. The shop is spotless. The cost is higher than the local gas station but less than the dealer--and the work is much higher quality, at least by comparison to the dealer to whom we had previously taken the car for service. Highly recommended for quality work at a fair price!

When I originally took my vehicle in I thought that it was one thing and they discovered that it was another, and they fixed it for me. In some ways they are certainly more accommodating than a dealer. They have a very good reputation for their service. I like that they were a lot closer and less expensive than the dealer was. They are very busy and the scheduling can be difficult, but if I really need the work done. They will typically work with me. They have given me a loaner car the last couple of times that I have gone in. They have very good service fees.

I have used this company for two cars for the past four years. The location is convenient for me. The cost is current with what the industry demands. The garage is fully equipped to deal with Foreign cars. The mechanics are knowledgeable. Louie is good to deal with and cares about what his customers think.

Autobahn was the second shop to attempt the repair (the first shop did not have the expertise). The car seems to be running very well following the repair, and I was impressed not only with the quality of the shop's work, but also with Louie's integrity. After receiving the car, Louie made it clear that the repair was going to be expensive and he wasn't sure it was worth it. After completing a detailed inspection, he gave me a preliminary estimate, and told me the decision of whether or not to proceed was entirely up to me. As it turns out, his $6000 estimate for the engine work was about $1000 low, but he made it clear he could only give a detailed estimate once he pulled the engine (and I made the decision to proceed). After repairing and reinstalling the engine, he said he wasn't happy with the quality of the valve work (compression was still not where it needed to be), and that he would need to remove the engine again. He did not charge me for this additional work. I asked him to change the clutch (it was original equipment), and he reluctantly agreed (I believe he was trying to minimize my expense). It's a good thing he did, because he discovered a flywheel assembly that was close to failure. He also discovered at least one timing belt roller that needed to be replaced. Although the repair took over three months and I had to follow-up regularly, I was thoroughly impressed with the way Louie handled the job. I will definitely be returning to him for additional service.

Louie is very professional and knowledgeable. The quote from the local MB dealer was over $500 more for the same service (but without the premium ceramic front pads). The car was ready as promised. They provided transportation back to my house and pickup when the job was finished. I plan to use Autobahn for future auto maintenance needs.
