I needed a plumber. Our 'guy' could not fix this problem. We posted a plea to Facebook. My cousin, a property manager, recommended Ash Plumbing. I consulted this site, Angie's List, and was pleasantly surprised to read reviews that dated back to 2004. Every review was positive. I called Ash Plumbing and the woman who answered was as polite, helpful, and as personable as you could hope when reaching out to strangers in a time of need. The appointment time was 3:00pm. They arrived promptly, introduced themselves (two arrived, one was apprenticing), and got to work. They completed the job within 30 minutes. No drama. It was a bad clog and took over 20' of snake to clear the congestion. The charge was within the quoted price range, no surprises or 'bad news'. As a professional service, they took time to educate me on process: what was wrong, what they did to fix the problem, and how I could prevent another recurrence. I was very happy. They fixed the problem, on time, on budget, no drama, and made me a better consumer. Thank you.

My husband had major back surgery and wee needed our toilet drained fixed and new handicap toilet installed. On a short notice. they were prompt courteous and fast! We needed this done right. I cannot say enough on how I appreciate the quality job that this company did for me today. You cannot go wrong choosing Ash drain and plumbing. I will be using them next week for more plumbing issues that I need fixed *properly! THANK YOU!!!

This is the third time I have recommended Ash Drain. I haven't changed my mind, I will always call them.

They came in and identified the problem fast and secured it. They were in and out of the house in maybe an hour. They took care of everything.

Ash Plumbing and Drain called on Monday morning to advise the service rep was on his way and he arrived a little after 10 am. Service rep was very respectful of property as he was careful not to track off of area rugs we had put down as a path from basement stairs out the front door. Within an hour after arrival, the sewer line was cleared and he did a prelim mop-up of the aftermath.
Never had to deal with a sewer line back-up before and we certainly hope we never have to again! But, if we do, or if we have other drain and/or plumbing needs we will not hesitate to contact Ash Plumbing and Drain Service again.
Total fee was $95 and we feel that was a reasonable and fair rate.

I called the day before and set up an appointment. They are very reliable and really want to get the job done. I have weird drains and they are always really friendly that they have to send their little "snake" miles and miles into the subterranean of the house in order to get things.

Great. More than anything I trust Ash that they will do a job without trying to rob you.

This is the fourth or fifth time we have used this company for plumbing work and they have always been terrific. They are prompt, professional, friendly and know what they are doing. I'll keep using them.

They were very responsive and the price was very reasonable for having come out on a Friday night. The person they sent out was very knowledgable and took the time to teach me a lot about my house's drainage and how things work. Service was rendered quickly.

I really liked their mannerisms, they were really polite and did a good job of explaining everything to me. They told me what was going to be done and how it would be done, and they had everything done in that day, I was pleased with them and I have been telling other people about them!

The snaked out the main sewer line. My interaction went very well. They did a pretty good job. The guy was positive. We would use them again in the future.

I called at 11:00 am and they came at 3:00--an hour before they had estimated (they called beforehand to make sure it was OK to come early). Ryan was very professional, confident, and friendly. He fixed the problem, cleaned the sink and was gone in less than 30 minutes. We'll definitely call them again when we plumbing help.

I had used the company approximately 5 years ago and called again. The office staff was courteous and said someone would be out in approximately 45 minutes. The guys arrived in 40 minutes. One of them, Ryan, had done the service before. I was pleased with how quickly the job was done, the cost, and the fact that I was told I would need more work in the future(something that I was aware of). Ryan gave me an estimate for the future work and a time frame for when it should be done. Told me if my regular plumber didn't do that sort of job, his company did. No pressure what so ever.If I had any complaints I was a bit disappointed that the area wasn't cleaned up a bit better but maybe I'm too picky. Overall though, I couldn't have asked for things to have turned out better.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. WHEN I CALLED THE COMPANY THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD CHARGE ME MORE SINCE THEY WERE COMING OUT DURING THE WEEKEND. I DO BELIEVE THAT THE $105 SPENT FOR THE WORK DONE WAS WELL WORTH IT. THE PLUMBER WAS COURTEOUS AND HARDWORKING. THEY ALSO HAVE TWENTY-FOUR HOUR SERVICE.

THEY CAME THAT DAY AND GOT HERE EARLY AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.
