AS FAR AS THE INTAKE VALVES, THEY WERE OPENED, WE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO START YOUR SYSTEM IF THEY WERE CLOSED UNLESS YOUR WATER LEVEL WAS TOO LOW. WE DEFINITELY WOULD HAVE COME BACK IF YOU HAD CALLED US."
