The waterproofing work didn't need to be done, but he wouldn't do the painting if I didn't let him waterproof. His workers would leave trash in my yard and in my neighbor's yard. He used very cheap materials that don't look very good for the waterproofing and for the paint. They broke two bottom canning shelves and had to replace them, he used very poor quality wood that had knot holes. They promised to do a lot of clean up after the work and they did not. They got paint all over things, they would also leave while on the job and not return until late in the afternoon. They even left all of the lights on when they would leave. They painted the area under my washer and dryer, and then move them back over the wet paint... It was a very bad experience and I would not use them again. Everything they did was like they weren't thinking, they were the worst of anything I've ever hired. I had to spend time and money redoing much of the work myself to make it look decent.
