Bryan replaced the icemaker in our older Kenmore refrigerator. We were very happy at how quickly he was able to get the replacement part and schedule the service. The price was also very acceptable.

Replaced part and cleaned vent/motor area. Showed me an area I was missing where dirt and lint was trapped behind the motor. Service was very fast, efficient and professional. Came the same day I called for service. I would definitely call again and recommend them to family and friends.

Akron Appliance Repair was primarily called to fix a leak in our dishwasher. The leak was initially identified as a bad connection and clamp and the clamp was replaced. The next day water was leaking heavily from our dishwasher and into our basement. I called AAR a second time to complain and they were very responsive and sent the same technician to meet with me at my convenience. Tech worked feverishly to locate the leak but was unsuccessful. He then called another tech who arrived very quickly and between the two of them identified a very, very difficult to find defect in our dishwasher. The leak would only happen when pressure was applied to the back of the dishwasher, such as being placed in its operating space under our counter. We are now going to have to submit a claim with our insurance company for damage caused by the long and difficult to identify water leak . This leak had baffled plumbers and service providers but was ultimately identified by Akron Appliance and has ended the mystery. I was pleased by their diligence to make the customer happy and the time spent tracking down the problem.

The repairman was professional and seemed knowledgable about the problems associated with my specific refrigerator model.
