I called and described the problem to Brian and made an appt. He gave me the date and a 2-hour time window for his arrival. He arrived in the window just fine. I further described the problem. He noticed another as well. He assessed it and gave me a good estimate of what he thought it would cost. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, answered any of my questions, and cleaned up afterward. The transaction was done on his tablet and I wrote him a check. He does ALL major appliances and has 20 years of experience. I will DEFINITIVELY call him the next time anything breaks!!

Bryan got our business over another place by being courteous on the phone. He was able to come out the same day, diagnosed the problem in seconds and a few minutes later had it fixed. Excellent work. Very professional and went out of his way to make sure we knew the issue and how he was progressing. Old part proved difficult to remove but the issue was resolved extremely well.

Bryan was able to troubleshoot the problem before he even arrived for the repair. This allowed him to complete the repair within an hour because he already had the parts with him. His work was efficient, thorough and tidy. He was honest, and very reasonably priced. We're so happy to have a working dishwasher again!
