Advanced Restoration Group

Had to follow the crew around daily to follow up on the poor workmanship. Skylight trim work was redone 3 times until Justin Bills the owner did it himself. Deck work was redone 2 times, doors and shed platform was made out of pine, not womanized wood as requested. I said something about the weather conditions in Cleveland and then the wood was changed to womanized wood. I replaced the platform wood planks after my foot went through the planks due to rotten wood one and a half years after the work was preformed. I called Justin Bills several times but no call back. I replaced the boards myself.Trim work on the siding was replaced because it was wavy. The gutter guy was starting to put up the wrong color and size of gutter before I stopped him. Every day it was something being done poorly or wrong. Picked up nails and screws for a month after the work was preformed. The topper is I had a 40 year roof installed thinking I will not have any problems for years to come. This past winter we returned from vacation and noticed the ceiling in the living room leaking and plaster falling off. Water was running down the wall onto the hardwood floor and into the basement where large puddles were forming. The kitchen ceiling was also leaking from the light fixture over the sink. We had to mop and clean up before we could unpack the car from our vacation.I called Advanced Restoration Group 4 times about this problem. NO CALL BACK !!!! AGAIN !!!! I would never use this company again!!!
What good is a 40 year warranty on a roof if the contractor will not even call you back????
I would like Advanced Restoration Group to pay to have my ceilings repaired from the damaged caused by a faulty roof.
