I called and received an appointment the following day. The repair team arrived 15 minutes early. The pane was put in quickly and they cleaned up. No one would have ever guessed that I had any work done. The workmen were pleasant and professional. I will certainly use them again in the future.

My windshield cracked on Saturday 22 Dec 2012, I initially contacted Safelite and they quoted me over $300 to replace the windshield and told me it would be Wednesday 26 Dec 2012. I then called a couple of other shops and did get a cheaper rate than Safelite, however I couldn't get them to come out until later in the week. When I contacted Advanced Auto Glass, they stated they had the correct windshield and could come out 24 Dec 2012. Initially I was concerned about the glass quality since the quote was so much cheaper than Safelite. The reservation analyst explained that all of the glass now comes from China and everyone uses the same two or three companies which manufacture the glass in China.
The installer I received (563) was excellent, he cared about completing a quality installation, which is my main concern whenever I get my vehicle serviced. I asked if I could watch him perform the service and he had no issue with this and he answered my concerns while doing the removal and installation.

This took about 20 minutes and they were very responsive. Their repair is still in good condition. And the price was right.

EXTREMELY EFFICIENT! I CALLED 1/2 HOUR BEFORE CLOSING; THEY DISCUSSED WHAT I NEEDED AND GAVE ME THE NUMBER I NEEDED TO CALL TO MAKE A CLAIM ON MY INSURANCE. I CALLED THE INSURANCE, WHO INSTANTLY SENT THE APPROVAL TO ADVANCED AUTO GLASS. I CALLED BACK AND SET UP THE APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT MORNING, ALL IN ABOUT 15 MINUTES. CAN'T BEAT THAT! THE WORK ITSELF TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR; THE TECHNICIAN TALKED TO ME BEFORE I LEFT AND ASKED IF I HAD QUESTIONS, THEN HELPED ME BACK OUT INTO THE STREET TO LEAVE.

THEIR WORK WAS GOOD AND THEY WERE VERY PROMPT, AND THE PRICE WAS A THIRD OF THE COST AT THE DEALERS!

CALLED TO GET BACK WINDOW OF CAR REPLACED. BROKE IT BY ACCIDENT. THEY HAD TO ORDER TWO PARTS. THEY SAID WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO SCHEDULE THE WORK BY FRIDAY WHEN I CALLED MONDAY. ON FRIDAY, I CALLED AGAIN AND THE PARTS HAD NOT EVEN BEEN ORDERED. THERE WAS CONFUSION WITHIN THE COMPANY AS TO WHO WAS TO ORDER WHAT.. WHEN. THEY WERE LESS THAN APOLOGETIC ABOUT THE SITUATION WHEN WE CALLED THEM ABOUT IT. I CANCELLED THE ORDER AND CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY AND WAS HELPED IMMEDIATELY.

THEY SCHEDULED TO COME TO MY OFFICE TO DO THE WORK. THE FIRST TRIP THEY WERE MISSING SOME CLAMPS, BUT THEY RETURNED THE NEXT DAY AND DID THE WORK RIGHT IN MY OFFICE PARKING LOT. I WISH ALL SERVICES WERE THIS EASY!

STONE CHIP WAS BEGINNING TO SPREAD. SINCE I GOT THE WINDSHIELD FIXED AND NOT REPLACED THE DEDUCTIBLE WAS WAIVED. VERY ACCOMMODATING. GAVE ME GOOD DIRECTIONS AND THEY DID THE REPAIR IN ABOUT 35 MINUTES. BEST OF ALL, THE REPAIR IS UNNOTICEABLE.
