In every situation he came early for the appointment, started on the roof and before he was done had inspected every door, window, foundation, landscaping, garage, fence, out buildings, electrical, plumbing, appliances, attic, room, basement, furnace, air conditioner, hot water tank, driveways, walks, patios, decks, porches. And as he went he explained what he was doing, what he found good or bad, and any problems he gave suggestions on how to correct the problem and at times an approximate cost. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, reasonably priced and detailed. I've owned my own home for 49 years and have done a great number of repairs myself and every time I walk through a house with Ben I feel as if I just attended a home ownership seminar.
